We used the Callahan Group to sell a home in Red Bank. Our brother passed away suddenly and we did not have a clue how to deal with his home. Jeremy made time to meet with us when we first arrived in Tennessee. He and his staff were so kind, offered great advice, and got the house ready to sell. Jeremy has been with us throughout the home buying process, which has been about 2 years due to the current state of the market. We looked at so many houses that House Hunters would’ve kicked us off the show. Despite being somewhat picky and indecisive, Jeremy stayed patient and encouraging. He was always very willing to show us houses no matter the location, time of day, or amount of notice we gave him. If he was ever unable to meet us (which was hardly ever), Jeremy’s team was always willing to show us houses. Jeremy would follow up very soon after (think less than an hour) to review what we liked and disliked and put in a competitive offer. Jeremy & Angie have continued to be available to answer our questions as first time homebuyers. Their communication with us has been top notch, keeping our nerves at bay. The Callahan Group was the second realtor I was under contract with. The first realtor had listed the house for 6 months without a single offer and had at most 20 showings during that period. Jeremy and Angie from the Callahan Group took over after that contract had expired. They had marketed the home properly as well as helped me to make improvements to the home that were sure to be appealing to buyers. In the first two weeks they had close to 80 people walk thru the home from scheduled appointments and open houses. We had an offer at the start of the third week. A vast improvement over the previous realtor. All in all, the Callahan Group knew the market, advertised to that market, and got people through the door to make that offer. I do not believe there could be a better experience buying and selling a house. Jeremy and his group are excellent at what they do. I think the think that impressed us most about Jeremy and his team is that they are not out to sell quick or simply make money.
